All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged.
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damages may still occur. All claims for damages must first be made with the carrier. Please notify our customer service department to arrange for replacements.\n\n###### Powder Coated Drinkware\nPlease note, slight imperfections or minor bumps and crators may occur naturally through the powder coating process and are not considered a product or decorating defect.
All sizes, capacities, dimensions, etching sizes and weights shown are approximate.\n
Random samples will be billed at end column pricing. Credit (excluding freight costs) will be passed for all samples returned within 30 days. Please include a copy of your Invoice with returned samples.\n
A spec sample of any item can be supplied. Please use regular pricing, setup charges and shipping. $20.00 (c) run charge per item will apply.\n
30 Days Net: Subject to credit approval.\nVisa, MasterCard or Amex accepted at time of invoice.\nReturned checks subject to a $35 net service charge.
No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank Product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.\nNo RA# is required, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge.\nHowever, please be aware that even in the finest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or flow lines are inevitable. Such minor variations are not considered defects.\n
We reserve the right to ship and bill up to 5% over or under.\nFor exact quantity, a charge of $20(G) will apply. Must be clearly marked on PO.\n
